- Components of the TIA Portal: STEP 7, WinCC, communication
- Program editing in the automation system
- Binary and digital operations in the function block diagram (FBD)
- Structure and assembly of the automation system
- Addressing and wiring of the signal modules
- Hardware and software commissioning of the SIMATIC S7 automation system with TIA Portal
- SIMATIC S7 hardware configuration and parameterization
- Presentation of a touch panel
- Presentation of the drive
- Configuration and parameterization of PROFINET IO and connection of PROFIBUS periphery
- Backup and documentation of the program changes made with TIA portal
- Deepening of the contents by practice-oriented exercises on the SIMATIC S7-1500 plant model
- The specific KELLER applications are taught on 2 half days each.
