Being the operator, the customer is always responsible for the compliance with the machinery and plant safety. He must ensure that the equipment complies with the Machinery Directives 2006/42/EC.
KELLER offers the auditing of existing plants and machines and creates an accident protection plan as a result, which can also be implemented afterwards.
In addition to the risk assessment, these include:
- the creation of accident protection drawings
- the listing of all required safety components
- the testing and implementation of two-channel electrical wiring
- the final CE measurement of the cabling on site
In addition, the documentation and the operating manual must be an integral part of a declaration of incorporation or a declaration of conformity. The operator can usually provide these.
