“business partners” is used uniformly to address suppliers, customers, and employees equally, which improves readability and ensures that all relevant stakeholders are addressed consistently.

2.5 Anti-Corruption and fair competition KELLER rejects corruption, bribery, and anti-competitive practices in the strongest terms.
We expect our business partners to uphold the same integrity and compliance with antitrust regulations.
2.6 Transparency and supplier selection KELLER prioritizes suppliers who implement social and environmentally responsible practices.
We expect business partners to provide transparency regarding their social and ecological performance and to continuously improve it.
2.7 Quality and continuous improvement KELLER is committed to the continuous improvement of its products, services, and processes.
We expect our business partners to likewise focus on quality enhancement and process optimization to meet customer requirements.
2.8 Data protection and confidentiality KELLER protects personal data and business secrets in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Our business partners undertake to handle data responsibly and to implement data protection guidelines consistently.
2.9 Complaints management and whistleblower protection KELLER provides a secure platform for reporting violations and ensures the protection of whistleblowers from retaliation.
We expect our business partners to establish comparable reporting channels and to protect whistleblowers.
2.10 Conflicts of interest KELLER is committed to objective decision-making and expects the disclosure and avoidance of conflicts of interest by its business partners.
2.11 Responsibilities and monitoring KELLER regularly reviews compliance with this Code through internal audits and partner assessments. We expect our business partners to implement appropriate measures to ensure compliance.
