Upon signing a standby service contract, we offer our customers 24-hour access to our specialized team. A member of our IAS team will then be available 365 days a year to immediately deal with your inquiries as a matter of priority.
Telephone support - Technical assistance and advice is initially provided by the telephone, as we resolve the current issue together with you remotely.
On-site service - If an on-site appointment becomes necessary beyond telephone support, we will send a service technician to your premises within the shortest possible time.
Teleservice - Direct access to your machine data, operator interfaces, plant software and the direct exchange with your employees enable our experts to carry out the necessary troubleshooting steps.
